Yah. I'm not sure on the sex (think its a male, but every time I post pics for confirmation, people change their mind). Its about 14-15" now. I have a second one which I'm leaning more towards female, and its about 11-12" now, I think. They're in different tanks now, but I'm hoping to move them together once the 220g is up and running. Hopefully they can coexist peacefully...

Haha with pikes there is literally no way to know until you try. I don't think I've ever come across a more unpredictable species when it comes to conspecifics... it could be a loving union, an occasional brawl or an all-out death match... depends on the personality of each specific pike.
 
I know. The large ven is alone in the 125g tank with the gars. The smaller ven is in a 90g tank with a m-f pair of alta's, and a juvi johanna. They all get along perfectly fine. I'm hoping to move the small ven and johanna in with the big ven, so the alta's have the 90g pretty much to themselves. Then maybe they'll think about breeding for me...
