that happened to me too, but mine was a 46 gallon bowfront with the stand, lid and light. Congrats on the find and good luck with the set up!

ok got some pics. didnt have the time to clean it up yet. the heater is a 200W and it works cuz i started using it lol.. filter is a brand name type call Amiracle. tank looks fine with no crack. but if it does leak i can seal it. stand looks dirty but feels strong. i'll mite sand it and repaint it. here are some pics. let me know wut ya think and wuts missing and wut i need. thanks guys..
MAN! My friend out in Bloomfield NJ called me telling me that one of his friends was going to give him a old 55 gallon saltwater setup. His friend put the tank outside since he had to go to work and my friend was only a short drive away. His friend said he would put it in front next to the garbage and somebody came by and stole it before he could get to it!!! Just kidding. Grats on the find!

yea i can def sell everything for a good amount. but i think im going to keep it and make use for it since its free as long as it wont cost em too much from fixing or buying missing parts.

WOW! That's even nicer than I imagined it!!!! The tank and stand is beautiful! Score on the Amiracle sump and protein skimmer system! One of the LFS near me uses a Amiracle sump system on thier incredibly overstocked display tank. If I were to post his display tank on MFK it would get flamed for weeks! Grats again!!
