Gars and Sliver arrow with dats and pbass.

i dunno about silver arrows but gars ill say no, less than a month ago i bought a lil gar prolly 4 -5 inches now hes a lil over 12 inches long with a big appetite, he ate every fish in my tank except for my red tail, i had 3 splendid snake head.. gone, 4 silver bottled nose..gone, 2 parrone fish and, gray bichir all gone...

I'm guessing you bought a gator gar. Sorry for your losses.

To the OP. Now this combo can work depending on the tank size, size of the fish and the type of gar you plan on keeping with them and of course the temperament of your larger fish. Keep in mind that dats don't grow as fast as the other fish you plan on keeping.

so? a few months doesnt mean squat.

This combo(pbass with gar, or silver aro with gar) is suggested against.
 
ok. the only chance in heck you have of them working is the fact that u have a florida.

chances are u still might end up with at the min bite marks and shredded fins
