only would try it if goliath was somewhat larger or at least equal in size. pbass alot more aggressive than gatf as juveniles and bass are growing at a faster rate. fugupuff is right not even a foot in the first year, ive had mine for 10 months and hes only 8.5''. I would imagine that micro would smash everything else eventually. good luck
