Gator Gars only attack what they can swallow

I had the same deal I had 3 payara's and I watched my two Florida gars snap them in their mouths.

i'm afraid your statement is incorrect. just because gators can't swallow it, doesn't mean they won't try and take it down.

my 10inch gar also like to bites on shiny skin fish like mahseer even they are at the same siza

i have a foot long gator gar.it always tries to bite my 2 endiis and rtc.it would dive down and see if it could bite 'em.good thing their too fat or wide for the gar to bite.
But that's not the case with my tsn.it's now healing with bite marks on it's face and with ripped fins of course.
