Humm kind of a shame

Well, most of the turtles in there, if not all, were red eared sliders. I guess that's their way of making sure no eggs are layed in areas where they might hatch. I mean there's enough red eared sliders to go around already and more. Although I say they should put their Orlitia in a better enclosure, which they did the year before. They were in nice enclosure in with an african dwarf croc.

Ah, I haven't been there in a long time. Actually, the last time I was there was before it burned down and was rebuilt. I haven't seen what came of the rebuild, looks fairly close to the same layout as the original though. They have some great stuff there.

Nope sorry. I was going to take a pic of the front building, but I got tired of waiting for all the little rugrats to get out of the way. It looks nice though.

Looks like a nice place to visit.

you should also make a trip up to the one in St.Augustine, I have been there several times and used to get to go behind the scenes while i worked at the museum (we had baby gators on loan from them and I would always be the one to exchange them). they have more species and nicer enclosures and it is definitely worth a trip.
