Hi, This is Marmorata, there are at least 4-5 different kinds marmorata, depend on the locations!

Part of the problem/confusion is that most of the South American collectors & exportors only use phone & fax for communication, not internet, so no photos. We're hoping to get some of this cleared up by the end of February after the first trip down there. Be patient Guys and Gals,
progress is being made, we'll have more info soon!
UPDATE
Our new supplier is in Colombia this weekend selecting fish and working out details with the exporters and local collectors! The 1st shipment should arrive by next weekend and then we'll have definate information & prices... It appears that the only Crenicichla in this delivery will be Atabapo II & Lenticulata, maybe some others pending what is available and on-hand right now.
The good news is THIS IS HAPPENING! I'll post results soon after the 1st shipment arrives, and should have some photos by then. We expect to bring in many more pike species over the next few months! I'm thrilled to be part of this new enterprise and have high hopes we'll see a few uncommon and rare crenicichla become available.

Congrats on the good news. Sorry to sound dumb but I dont know my pikes at all. But im def. interested in a bright colored monster. Xingu 1....cobra pikes. Like I said....I dont know pikes. But Im looking forward to your shipments coming in
