if it was Line-bred, Dominant or Incomplete Dominant wouldn't both of the babys turn out the same?

no, not necessarily, but they COULD. It would depend on what it was bred with and how many of which traits the parents had in their genes.
If you bred Ball Pythons - a 100% Het. Albino Mojave to a 100% Het. Albino Butter, what would the babies look like?
