Gecko question RE:water

Bottled water is fine... just no distilled or RO water...

Actually, distilled and RO is actually hazardous to the human body anyway.

My Leopard Geckos drink tap water as if it came right down from heaven itself....and I have had them for about 6 or 7 yrs w/ no problems. They are completely healthy as well, I know that also has something to do with the VARIED diet that living in the country can provide for them...LOL...

A lot of geckos don't drink from the water source though... most of the arboreal ones drink from the droplets on the leaves. And mineral deposits? I would even worry about that. We all get it with fish aquariums.

Yup, mine does that. Always fun to watch him do that. He also licks it off his face if I spray him on accident. Never heard of the mineral deposit one before.
