try using the search function to find something on venting but its really easy, just take the fish out, flip it over and look at its private area. males will have two same size smaller holes like this: oo while a female will have different sized holes: Oo, and pics of the jag are really dark but you can def see where he is having the darker male jag pattern, where its broken up into larger spots, a female would just have the spots going down the lateral line and would be a lighter more goldish color
