I just noticed my 75 gallon aquarium is leaning forward slightly and I was wondering if this anything to worry about.
Also my floor has always leaned in this direction as well.

How far forward? What kind of stand? What is the change is elevation from front to back?

between maybe a 1 centimetre or 3 centimetres.

between 1cm or 3cm?? that's a big difference...is it rocking back and forth or something?????? lets just take the average so it's 2cm and that's almost 1", yes I would be worried. if the stand isn't sturdy FIX it before disaster happen. if it's not leveled properly then drain the tank and make sure it's leveled.

ok, cuz when you said between 1cm and 3cm I thought it wobbles from time to time.
most likely is the stand, use a level to make sure its level. you can use a shim to help level it.
