Sorry I know it;s my third post in 2 days about this family of fish but I was wondering if anyone could post up some general care stuff about Sturgeon as I can't seem to find any even USING the search bar

Theres probably not a whole lot out there as these guys are massive. I know someone on here has them but not at adult size. General care IMO is buy a lake.

It really depends a lot on what species of sturgeon you have, there are a great many some stay less than 12" long (no don't even think about getting one, endangered species for sure) some do well in warm water others are cold water obligates... (none are warm water obligates) If you are getting the most common species, sterlets, you're gonna need a big tank, they can get to be one meter long but will probably not quite get there in captivity. They can tolerate warmer water than most sturgeon but need a little bit of salt in the water to do their best. Lots of aeration, water in the mid to lower 70's, live food (my personal choice for most fishes) and not much in the way of tank decoration is usually best.

Most important thing IMO with sturgeon is that they are generally NOT an aquarium fish. If you haven't got a pond, do not keep a sturgeon.
As moontanman said, temperature is better on the cold side but can be warmer. Keep in mind, you'll need extra aeration if your water is warmer than room temp.
The best food are sinking sturgeon pellets.

It should be pointed out that knowing the species you have is the most important thing to know when keeping a sturgeon or any fish for that matter is what species it is. Sturgeon are not all the same, if you have the species name it becomes much easier to decide the conditions to keep it under. Wouldn't you love to have a few of these in a 360? I would love to breed them, too bad they are unobtanium...
