geo upside down

I bought six geophagus surinamensis today, but one is hanging/swimming upside down, sometimes he trys to turn but he can't.
does someone no what it is and what I can do about it?

Sorry to say it but, he's slowly dying. Just put him out of his misery. No solution. For this as he's too far gone :(. Sorry for your unfortunate turnout. Best of luck with your other stock.

Don't give up on it just yet. First off, I'd like to know some info on your tank: How many gallons? Water Parameters? Also, do you have a possible quarantine setup. If so, I'd suggest moving it into quarantine, shut the lights off, add salt, and raise the temperature, and also shut the lights off.
 
The tank is 460 liter, i dont know the parameters because i ran out of tests.
My discus are still in quarantaine, do thats not an option, but i have add some salt in My tank.

With my experience with african cichlids, this would happen when their swim bladder was punctured / wounded in some way. I haven't had one survived that has had this happen to it. Give it some time, a day or 2, then put him out.
