That is a tell tail sign for ID'ing this fish. It's not a G. proximus because it does not have a large midlateral blotch, nor is it G. branchybranchus either because of the lacking midlateral blotch/spot (and the caudal pattern is wrong). That leaves (of described species) G. winemilleri and G. dicrozoster like Peter pointed out. If the first bar splits into a "Y", it's G. dicrozoster, if it does not and develops 4 prominent bars, it's G. winemilleri.
