  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Hey Tom, where are you in Jersey? Sure you dont wanna hang on to the fry? I am lookin for some taps and not sure where to grab some other than Rapps. Only want a pair or trio to go along with my balzani's.

I'm in South Brunswick. I posted in the meet section about haveing a meet at my house. If you want to drive up from AC come and get'em anytime.

I wouldnt have any idea as to how to keep em going in order to survive. If any of them decide they're gonna get some size and live, let me know. Ill take a trip. Definitely lookingt to add some more geos or krobia. Never saw the Krobia in person, but the pics are very cool.

I have Krobia Xingu ready to go some 3"+

Def interested. Can they be sexed? Would like a pair or trio if you got em. Got pics?

Can't really sex them at this size. I can only go by big one male small one female, usually pretty accurate at this size. These pics are from last month they are bigger now.

They look great. Congratz

Thanks.

Nice, how big are they?

Thanks, they are about 5".

They look great Tom! I just picked up a school of 8 a few weeks ago. Feels good to get back into SA's again. These are perfect examples of quality taps!

Thanks Justin, Every Sunday morning & Wednesday night I change about 60% of the water in that tank (alot of water) and feed them NLS Thera +A. I also have a nice peace lilly growing out from the center of the tank and pothos growing down each side, I got that from you.

Two pairs of breeding Tapajos and newly arrived Angels, you have a lot on your hands this week, Tom. Very nice pairs!

Yea....lol. How cool is that. The Krobia Xingu are getting ready to spawn again in their tank but they are on auto pilot. I want the Peruvian Sclare to breed but so far other than a little shaking and dancing nothing yet. They are still young though.

I used to keep those as well and I sure miss them. Yours are looking great! Mine spawned every 3 weeks and with two pairs that made a lot of fry lol

I love them they are beautiful fish. I know what you mean once they start they keep going. This is the third spawn since they started breeding about three months ago. I should try and keep some I guess.

Very cool! You have pics of the plants? I am overhauling my tanks so I have no live plants ATM since all tanks are in the garage. I have the plants converted and and in the house waiting though. The mates are looking great as well.

Very nice looking OH Geos. Have 3 pairs that had swimming fry, moved them all to new set ups and all got eaten. Should of moved the parents out to the community; lesson learned. Nonetheless, good luck with yours.
