Hey everyone I need some opinions for tank mates. I have four 2 inch redhead tapajos. Five altifrons three are 2 inches the other two are 3-4 inches. Dont plan on keeping all 5. Also have a brasiliensis thats 4-5 inches. And two Steindachneri. What are some good tank mates for them? Somethin that schools maybe? Or I dont know open to suggestions though. Thanks!

Angels are always good tank mates because they swim mid to upper level, out of their way...

That seems like quite a bit already for a 90 gallon. Especially as the Altifrons and the Brasiiensis will grow much larger than they currently are. Is the 90 gallon the tank for life or will there be an upgrade? Only asking because it will help to narrow down some tank mate choices based on ultimate tank size.

I honestly dont think I will even keep any of the altifrons. Maybe 2 but theres a possibility I wont. No its not a life tank. Upgrade somewhere down the line.

You can house most fish with Geos. As long as the geos can't fit in their mouths. You could do a trio of smaller datnoids or one datnoid to grow out.

For me, all of them lol. Indo dats seem to be readily available in most areas and seem to have the calmest temperament. Or if you can get one NTT that would be nice.

I got offered a trade for a 5 inch electric blue jack dempsey. Ive heard they can become pretty aggressive what are your thoughts on putting him with the geos
