CUTE!!!!! do u have substrate?

I had to remove what was in the tank since it was cheap gravel and the paint flaked off of it. I have some real rocks tho. I had to move them in a hurry and didn't have time to make the tank super comfortable for them. They were in my 40 until they laid eggs.

Congrats to the parents and the swimmers. Now the real fun begins. I think the bare bottom is going to be much easier for you to spot clean the tank of uneaten food. Now go find some baby fish food :D

Nice! Good job.

How can I clean it?? I'm afraid to do anything to the tank in fear that they might eat the babies if I do. I bought Hikari First Bites & I've been reading about infusoria. I've heard that ram fry are kind of hard to feed. I'm doing my research now to see what I can do for them.

awesome..good for you. I have some young Blue Rams. I am hoping to achieve your success! Great fish...just wish their life expectancy was a little longer.

Me too :(

I love mine so much. I think I got lucky with them. This is the second time they have spawned. [ they ate the first batch ]

I think I'll stick with dwarf cichlids for a while. They might not be "monsters" but I love them either way :)

The easiest way to clean the tank of uneaten food is to get a piece of the rigid air line and you put your finger over one end and then submerge the other end in the tank and use the vacuum that it creates to suck up the uneaten food. Once the tube is full of water then you just plug up the end your holding on to and then lift it out of the tank and dispose of the uneaten food. It shouldn't disturb the parents to much. Just make sure the rigid air line is at least 6" longer than the tank is tall so you don't get your hands wet. Practice first in a cup of water to get the hang of it.
