this is Ares my GSD. the sun just caught him right and this was taken on a 2M pixel camera phone. he was very ill with an allergy of some sort. unfortuneately we werent as well off as we are now and eventually ran out of money to investigate it. he also had severe aggression issues due to his crappy birth place and how he was treated (his first poo with us was virtually all oil and grease), vet told us he was likely scarred for life by it so he was given to a security agency for training to channel his aggression and they had unlimited funds to help his allergy. we did pay the man money for the dogs out of pity as we couldnt leave them there as im certain they would have died, thats the sole reason the guy got our money.
this is the first time ive been able to look at these photos since october 06, it upset me too much. so enjoy them.

this is him with Kane his brother (left). we got both but due to Ares having puppy pyoderma (sp?) we had to give Kane to my parents so he didnt catch it while we treated Ares and we were unable to house them together again.

15!!!!! that's great. I have a rather large GS that's about 125lbs. He's on of the largest I have seen in person. and he's about 4.5 years. old. and if I can keep him around another 10 years that would be SWEET

yeh they are great dogs to grow up with, the one i grew up with (no pics of him) was a bit too smart for his own good. he broke into our fridge even after my mum put a child lock on it because he stole a chicken from inside, he opened the child lock and didnt break it open. he also used to steal my peas i used to grow and leave the pods in the garden for me to find. ahh good memories :)

I'm adopting one very soon. Been planning for a few years now, summer is the time.
