yes...that's my point, the premier league is the best in the world but it's not developing players FROM england. it'd be like the us being dominated by foreign players in the NBA but then our national teams always falls short. that's what england does

so wich is it? do you have to be a CITIZEN of england to be on the national team ?if so what IS your point .I KINDA THOUGHT THAT was THE POINT OF EURO CUP ...to see what county produces the best players kinda like the olympics...Idont know for 100%sure. somebody post a link to the eligibility rules ...please
