nice bichirs pare where did you get those black sens?
Got them from a friend, they are seldom available, their is a local breeder who breeds gray senegalus and gets black sen's once in a while with 1-3 black per batch.
They are born blind and black, probably a genetic defect from its parent, its not clear if the color is due to it being blind as a side effect.

But you would not notice this at feeding time, they are probably compensating by developing their olfactory more sensitive than normal.

Sorry, I think you stole my Platinum please ship him back to me!
Amazing tank and love the turtle!
Whats your address? i can give you may account number hehehhehe
Thanks JustinDavis, i got the turtle at 3inch it has grown to 4 inch, his more partial to fish fillet than veggies, so far his ok, i have seen him twice where his head was inside my weeksii mouth,
then released after 1 minute with no visible injuries, i do hope he grows fast at paced with my bichirs, my weeksii snaps at anything.

Very nice collection you've got ! Alot of what's in your tank are on my wanted list ahhahah
Im still thinking of a good top swimmer to add that will be compatible with good temperment, thats why i have the Indo Tiger and Uaru.
But the Indo has gotten Territorial and has staked out one side of the tank, the Uaru are then relegated to the other side.
