Gettin' Nagged For Not Posting Pics

Aside from the paleoprep work, I also do some lapidary work. Here are some cut and polished cross-sections of dinosaur bone. Some are close-ups so you can see the bone cells. ALL of the bone in my collections are naturally colored by agates, jaspers, copper minerals, etc. I NEVER dye my material. The stuff I keep is not the brown and black dino bone you see in museums. The little purple teardrop piece has a rare vein of perfectly terminated amythyst crystals along the cell walls on the right.

I'd hate to run into one of those guys.Pretty strange how the skulls are positioned.I've seen you mention your fossil collection several times. You should do an article or something showing some more.Do you have any marine fossils(fish or reptile)?

its true some people have been waiting a while. before and after adminship

I was going to post some fish fossils tonight but, didn't have time. I'll try again tomorrow. In the meantime, here's a little fossil from the egg collection:

These are Segnosaurus eggs in a nest. They're from the Cretaceous period of the Gobi Desert, Mongolia.
