Gettin some Tigs...WAHOOO!!!

Great news!

I wish I was getting some tigs :(
 
Only thing I'm concerned about its tha trailers, might be a temptation for the pikes. I've never kept pikes with fish that have long trailers, so i don't completely know what they will do. MIGHT be able to pull it off, we'll see.

really depends on your skills ;) I find tigs to be fast growers.

Oh man, I bet I know who you're getting these fish from!! I wouldn't believe a word he says.. I haven't seen any Lince Cats from him, HAVE YOU? :ROFL: Good Luck with that one!! I guess I am just a 'Don't believe it until you see it' kinda guy! Did he promise you some Flower Rays too? Hahahahaha.. :naughty:

Rumor has it, Blackworms on barebottom tanks are the way to grow out a Tig ;) Don't OVERFEED!!
 
Congrats! I bet you'll have the only tigs in the state of Nebraska. I'm sure they will be corn-fed in no time! ;)
 
He hasn't messed with the Tigs trailers yet. It's funny because the first couple days I saw him flaring constantly at the Rays and the Lungfish but..... they are unaware or just don't care that he is doing it and pay no attention and he has now stopped. He is the smallest fish in the tank and I think he knows it. Hopefully when I move the dats they don't beat the crap out of him.. Good luck with the tigs,
 
tigs grow very very fast 1-2 inch per month
