The only things I'd tweak with that stocking is maybe getting either 4 red hooks or 4 SD's rather than 2 & 2...they do better in bigger groups so that might work out better for you. Same with the geos, but I don't think it's as big of a deal as with the hooks/SD's.
Yes the oscars might eventually need to go, if you plan on upgrading the aro you could move the O's along with it; I'm sure they'd appreciate the space.
