you have a serious bio load in this tank. hope your parameters canstay constant as all these fish grow.

Yep. I do a 25% water change every few days, and a 50% once a week. After I plumbed that water drain and water mixer to refill, it is super easy to do. I have taken a few fish out and moved them too, so it's not that bad. I check the parameters each week, and the nitrates don't rise too much each week. Just before today's change, they were only at 20, so not too bad.
New video of the 400 today. Lots of new fish and some moving fish around to different tanks. Everybody in here seems to be getting along pretty well now, so it will probably stay this way for a while.

Anybody have any secrets on how to get a fish or two out of a huge tank with driftwood and rocks? I want to pull out the severums now and so far have been unsuccessful even getting close. They aren't getting too beaten up, but they sure don't seem like they're digging it too much either.
Figured it out. I turned on the lights at night when they are sleeping and they were still asleep. I got one of them easily without even a fight, but the other one was sleeping in the driftwood, so the secret attack must take place another night. 
LOL I say make video and play the pink panter tune in the backround. Nice tank and stock love all the cichlids
