Getting a Black Aro to eat

So i havent seen him eat yet but he might have, i put some cardinal tetras in there so if hes hungry he'll eat lol, also he lost a scale, will it grow back or should i treat with melafix or salt or something?

He should eat live fish and dont worry about the scale it will heal on its own.

I dont know about you, but 16 cardinal tetras is a lot of money where I'm from. $3.99 a Cardinal tetra x 16= $63.84. AHHAAHA.

lol i know they are pretty expensive, they were about $1.20 each tho so i'm not crying too much

Stay alway from live fish to many parasites stick with night crawlers. But if you want to feed them feeder fish make sure you stuff them with pellets and freeze them first to kill off any parasites.
