Try something else; it's a predatory fish after all and shouldn't be expected to simply accept 'prepared' food- if you were a wild fish, would you accept an odd smelling nugget of dried food when live/fresh food/meaty foods are/should be available?
Also, chances are it's been a stressful day; he may not want to feed immediately. Give him time and make sure you remove any waste food rather than letting it pollute your tank.
FWIW Wolf diet has been covered time and again as have basics regarding pristine water conditions and diet as well as suitable tank mates. In the nicest possible way, I really hope you will use the search function more.
At the end of the day, the little fella deserves a conscientious carer and i sincerely hope you are able to provide him a good home.
