I would skip the cat food seriously, its a notorious cause of kidney failiure and liver and heart desiase in reptiles, even monitors can die from it. You dont want to take chances with either of thouse, the terapy on thouse in reptiles is just in the beggining and often futile. Allways remenbar that reptiles have less evolved kidneys then mamals wich doesant buggs them because of their naturaly low caloric diet, but when confronted with too much protein it can fail with letal consequeses. Dont use it, its not worth the risk
