No footage, he hides as soon as I take the lid off.

I dont get your problem man. If it upsets you so bad that Im keeping an octopus in the best way I can, why dont you just leave this thread?

I thought we had a deal when you accepted my offer. Welshing out like that doesnt give you much credibility with the rest of your story. Especially when you claim hes eating crabs and shrimp but you cant document it because he's hiding in a bucket.

Why cant you just stop being a troll and drop the issue. He said there was rocks in the bucket so common sense says thats where its hiding. Obviously no one cares what you have to say because its all negative feed back. So why keep posting.

Hoping for update pics, I like this thread very interesting. I'm thinking of purchasing an octopus in sometime in the future...month or two.

Update, possible disaster.

Went to do a water change, normally I put him in a tupperware container with a lid while I went to get the water. Today I didnt. I put him another small bucket that had two pistol shrimp in I caught (didnt tell yall cause, well did want to start another bucket bash thread and yes theyve been alive since Sunday). I put a plate on top.

It usually only takes me five minutes but I heard an ad on the radio that Taco Bell had 49 cent tacos today and tomorrow for Cinco de Mayo so of course I had to stop. They were packed and it turned out they didnt even have the deal at that location anyway! :censored:

So I come home after 25 minutes or so and find him upside down on the carpet. I threw him in the bucket where he floated around for a few seconds and then swam down to the bottom. The good news is he is, well, was eating well as all that was left of the two small pistol shrimp was on of the shrimp's "pistol" claws. Needless to say I think he WAS doing fine if after being netted out of his bucket and put in another one, he immediately chowed down on its occupants.

Here's to hoping that he recovers.

As far as my credibility is concerned, I will let my reputation of buying, selling and general friendship with many of the people on this site speak for itself.
