getting my first FH. what can i expect?

i am buying a small one. i love to raise baby fish. do they do well in a planted tank? haha i hope they dont up root plants like red devils.

Plants will most likely be ripped up pretty good. If you get a baby it might learn to ignore them.

You'll be happy with the personality of a FH! They are one of the most owner responsive fish you can get!

I have a red tailed shark with my 7" red dragon, bought him at about 2 "1/2 4 months ago, the sharks too fast for him to catch so he gave up and they seem to get along great, very playful fish always going around upside down fun to watch .

They're my favorite fish - only downside is mine seriously hate living with anything.
