hey guys I am buying a golden cross back arowana 6 inch approx price is 160$ in here (India)
I have tank of 6X2X2 actually it's 2.5 feet high but I fill it up to 2 feet only
tank would be bare bottom
I am going to keep it with pleco of approx same size
filter would be ehim 2217 and 300 watt jagar heater
1)Which strain of pleco is good with arowana?
2)I am confused about tank mates since more fish- more bio waste and I can't afford one more canister I will be adding some air stones too. Can I go for tank mates which produce less bio waste?
 
are you sure its only $ 160 ??
i'm sure xb fetch much higher price ....
abt pleco i suggest you keep it smaller than the aro ... coz pleco tends to suck aros/fish slime

In India there are people who give it for 160$
 
I dont see how they are paying so little for an xback. From the farms they are 4x that and you have to make minimum order for price. Good deal.
 
yes it's 160 only they are with certificate and micro chip
