Getting out of saltwater Tennessee

It's been a slow process but I'm down to my last saltwater tank and now and about to change it over as well. Here's whats for sale. I would like to try to sell everything as one package before I start splitting things up. Asking price is $400 for everything. Pick up only. I'm in Gallatin, TN. Just north of Nashville. 48 inch 260 watt compact strip with 4 65watt bulbs and 4 blue moon lights

AquaC remora hang on protein skimmer with mag-drive pump. This is the best protein skimmer I've ever owned. Works extremely well for a tank up to a 125g. No maintenance, it just keeps skimming. Less then a year old.
