Getting rediculous now.

Starting with a healthy state, catfish in general can go on for several months without eating. Even 6 months is not a record by any means.

Wow really!?!? So do you think he is still sick or am I good to put in more? Also should I medicate or just leave him be?

You can try to bump the temp up a few degrees. That might stimulate it to eat. I keep my Raphael in a tank at 80 to 82 degrees Fahrenheit

I kept it at 79 F for a few weeks but it didn't make any difference. (I think he is sneaking food because I called him fat:) )

Why medicate if you don't know if he is sick? How medicate if you don't have a tentative diagnosis?

I suggested the protocol for following with health questions. If unsure if he is sick, I suggest posting good photographs.

####################################################################

So on February 10th I put my striped raphael cat into my 75 from my 30. He wasn't acting right from the start. He would come out during lights on, swim and breath frantically,
*** The only concern here is hard breathing, that is if you are sure. Sounds like he took the move hard, which is usually no biggie if everything else is fine.

... doesn't eat (1.5 months later still hasn't).
*** You appear not sure of this later on...

I tried giving him salt baths: didn't work. I tried medicating with general cure: didn't work.
*** When one does not know what's wrong, doing things like this does harm and almost never any good. One would be prudent to keep the best water possible and observe closely.

I tried feeding every imaginable food under the sun: didn't work.
*** You appear unsure of this, again, later on. The suspicion that his feeding habits changed drastically in the new tank is quite feasible.

At this point I don't know how he has gone that long without eating.
*** Addressed above.

For a while he was shedding slime coat but thankfully that stopped.
*** Again, he took the move real hard. Something has not gone smooth during the move.

I really can't tell at this point if he is still sick or has just adopted nocturnal habits.
*** When uncertain, do NOT medicate. Again, one would be prudent to keep the best water possible and observe closely.

Occasionally he still goes on swims during lights on but he has always done that. I know I'm impatient but I've been waiting for almost 2 months now to put ny centerpiece fishes in and it's getting annoying. I keep hearing different things. Some people say don't put any fish in since now there are parasites in my water and others say parasites are always in the water and it's just the fish. I have him in with a sailfin pleco and giant danios and neither of them show any signs of sickness. I worry about putting more fish in since one of them that I have reserved is still very young and very expensive (2" and $64). Do you guys think I can put fish in yet?
*** I suggest, again, good photos for us to see is he looks sick. If not, I see no reason not to put your other fish in.

Should i keep treating him or let what happens happen?
*** Treat him from what? It appears unneeded. 1st make sure the fish is sick. Second get a sense of 1, 2, 3 possible diagnoses. Then most importantly correct the suspected cause(s) if possible; and then decide on treatment if deemed needed because, again, very often just correcting the causes and keeping the water right for the fish and pristine suffices. Far not always, of course.

I can't get a good angle for photos but from my view he looks fine. His stomach isn't as big as it used to be but he isn't gaunt by any means. I haven't seen him eat but other than that every other behavior is the same. His only other behavior being sitting around :). Also you said "correcting the causes", I don't really know what is causing it (whether it be disease, stress, or weirdness). Thanks Tbtb, you have cleared up a lot of stuff.

So my plan as of now is to stop medicating with anything.
Drop in a few pellets after lights out.
Get my last fish on Friday.

Sounds like nothing to worry about atm. Close monitoring until you are sure he eats is advisable.

If the only source of stress is/was the move, there is nothing much you can do except to make sure he is not stressed in any other way right now.

Examples of "correctable" causes of stress can be NH3 or NO2 or NO3, or chloramine, heavy metals, etc. in the water, low oxygen (DO) or high BOD = too much muck, too much or too little flow, wrong temp or pH, unstable temp or pH, wrong hardness or wrong salinity, bullying tank mates, need of kin, inadequate hiding spot, sharp/traumatogenic furniture or heater position, wrong substrate, inadequate tank size, inadequate lighting, disease, and a myriad of others.
