getting rid of aiptasia :(

is there a chemical you can pour in your tank to get rid of these cus theres way to many to siringe the breakouts rediculous i bought a pepermint shrimp and hes taking care of some but they keep coming back anyone suggest anything??

getting a shrimp is the best way without the use of a syringe. maybe just get another peppermint.

The only thing that has ever worked for me is kalk paste & a syringe. You have to turn off the pumps & squirt the paste on the polyp & leave it for at least an hour. If you have a lot of them, you may have to go back several times until they are all gone. I have gotten rid of hundreds that way.

a drip wouldnt work?? i mean theres so many tho there under the rock and all... i guess ill get the visible ones and thatll take care of some of them atleast and get another pepermint and hopefully the both will take care of the rest

a kalk paste has always worked for me but you gotta watch your ph so it won't sky rocket, also joe's juice is decent and a couple peppermint shrimp as well all have worked for me

yeah ive bin using joes juice and stop aptasia they both have bin working great i have a couple left i cant get to but i will get them
