I wouldn't keep kuhli loaches with that mix. The kuhli loachs are too small for the rest of your fish, esepcially if they are going to be predatory fish.

For a 75 I'd just be looking at your pair of Firemouths, 1 or a pair of Jack Dempsey's, Green Terror (If you get the 1 JD), a Catfish, and your Tiger Barbs.
Getting pairs of fish significantly depreciates your capacity in my opinion, it's not fun or fair for the fish constantly getting chased and having no room to live, and it's not entertaining to watch.

Yeah i agree the 75 would be to small i would rec a 125 or bigger to be on safe side the tiger barbs would end up lunch too.
