So, for the most part my water is crystal clear and crisp. However, right as the water exits from my filter(penguin 350) i see some particles. I think these particles might be tiny air bubbles or might be bacteria or something else.
Most tanks i have seen IRL have these particles as well, but some of the ones ive seen on here do not. Is it just that the photo is away from the filter? I mean, the particles really only show in the top 6 inches of water and disappear further down.

Heres a picture...

So what do you think this might be and how do i get rid of it!

The picture is right after feeding so not a perfect example, but here is a full tank shot.

Probably air bubbles. Is the filter new? If so, my Renas did the same thing for the 1st week'ish.

3 weeks, feeding fish... are you still cycling? What fish, what food, how much food, what sand do you have at the bottom, tank size, water temp... the works?

Tank already cycled... it cycled within the first 3 days of having fish in it.

Stock:
Tiger oscar 2 1/2 inches
2 Geos( surinamensis) 2 inches
2 clown loaches 1 1/2 inches

I feed them pellet food 3 times a day, as well as flakes 1 time a day, and sinking bottom feeder pellets one time a day. All the food i put in gets consumed withing 5 minutes.

Pool filter sand, 46 gallon bowfront, temperature is at 76( i need to get a heater), water parameters.... ph is 7.2, nitrate, nitrite, and ammonia at 0, and water is a bit hard.

Anything else? :)

i second the micro bubbles theory, as I have it in my tank now and have had it in other tanks before. I cured it buy having the out put return through a filter sock.

Might be air bubbles associated with water level...

Associated with water level, how so?

My water level is about half an inch from the tip top. But the air bubble stone i have in the tank is a beast, its over 2 foot long.. Maybe its overproducing bubbles! XD

I dont think i can do this with my current filter though.. It would have to be with a canister and not using a spray bar wouldnt it?
