Associated with water level, how so?

My water level is about half an inch from the tip top. But the air bubble stone i have in the tank is a beast, its over 2 foot long.. Maybe its overproducing bubbles! XD

Meaning if there is a gap from where the water is exiting and the surface of the water it's going to create a mini splash.. moving the water more, creating bubbles.. and then if you have he aerator beneath all this movement it's going to create even smaller bubbles... I always determine my air stone spot, so that I can avoid all the baby bubbles... I hope that made sense.. I'm a little scatterbrain right now....

Yea it did :) I get no splash from the filter output...
I think i know what it is now... Too many bubbles.
Im going to take a picture of the top water on my tank and post it up. The top of the water is full with bubbles and the bubbles go under the filter output. Therefore as water comes out the bubbles get pushed down.
