getting the pond started soon just .......1,236 gallons

I have the 10 foot version in my garage and have not had any issues yet... Been running for about 3 months...
ive got a whole garage for the pond were moving in the next 2weeks-1 month time and if we get the house wer looking at it will only be cheap on cold water as it is a fixed rate 
so that will be ok i plan 2 and a large clup of oxygen plant like 10 of them mabey some more i will have a 6-8 large koi pond bubble pump aswell for the movement and try and get a power head a large 1 or just get a cupple normal size ones as for the pond idea i plan 2 stick with it as i am going 2 add strenth 2 the pond as it is on a metal fram aswell just make a decking like around the eged and i plan 2 add more insulation around the side aswell as making it water tight around the edge so no water will rot the insulation aswell and i will keep u guys up dated on the build and i just need some info with the insulation realy the more the better n any other tipes will do if there is any other i dont think it will work i dont want to hear it unless u can have a realy good story as i plan 2 go through this 2 make my catfish happy
