I don't think that's true, maybe in some countries but still not everywhere!
Over here American's are well respected especially the one's on duty (Army, Marines.. etc)

If it wasn't for the US most likey Kuwait would've been a part of Iraq by now or something and I would've been born as an Iraqi (which I really wouldn't like, nor anyone else)... I really don't know how to thank the people risking their lives for the sake of people they don't even know, it makes me wanna cry.

Last time I check Much is not the same as everywhere.

I loved Holland have been there twice once to Assen for the bike racing and Amsterdam with my wife for my 30th birthday. It’s not just smoking and sex. Well ok that a lot of it but it also has some amassing things to see and do. The Aquaria at the zoo is very good. Anne Franks House. Van Gogh Museum, The Botanical gardens, we both liked it and want to go back. Not just for Stoners

rumblesushi is spot on why do so many Americans not travel out of there country?

The wife really wants to go, and I have heard there are good things there, so we may end up there, we havent really decided yet.

Much of the world hates us. It doesn't keep me from travelling, cause I can blend in anywhere, but why take the risk?

I have actually gotten alot of different reactions everywhere I have been, some good, some bad. I'm in the Navy and when our ships pull in, people are ready to tell you how they feel wether good or bad
