Getting Young Fire Eels To Eat..

Can you give me a suggestion on the bottle? I'm guessing it needs to be glass? Maybe pics? Thanks alot for the help. My eel was poking it's head out of the top of the heater today, but when I lifted the egg crate to try and feed him he popped right back inside. *sigh* I will be happy when it's eating regularly and not so shy, but I know it may take some time.

I just use a glass beer bottle, they one with the brown tinted glass.. The bottle I use is 12Oz because my fire eel is only 7inches, make sure you use a bottle with a big enough opening so the eel can get in and out easily, and also so none of your other inhabitants can get in..
