OK HAVE A QUESTUON OK IM GETTING S BIG TANK IN A FEW MONTHS AN I HAVE BEEN DOING ALOT OF READING ON THE GHOST KNIFES! OK SO MY QUESTION FOR U GUYS IS HOW ARE THEY LIKE WIT COMMUNITY FISH AN ALL I DID READING SUM PPL SAY THET ARE GOOD OTHERS SSY THEY ARE MEAN SO ANY INPUT????

first off, how big is big? black ghost knives are pretty peaceful when kept with tankmates that can't fit in their mouth. and just an advice, try not to keep more than one of these as they don't pretty much tolerate each other.

I just read a thread where a member has 3 that play with eachother all the time, so not always true..

It will eat other things that it can, but for the most part will not bother anything around their size. Give it a pipe or clear tunnel to hang out in too, they like stuff like that.

i have 2 in a 55gal...great fish i have them with africans, balas, sen bichirs, ropefish, silver gar, syno cat, common pleco...have had them with, silver aro, tinfoils, gold nugget pleco...there favorite food is neons so i don't recomend any of those and similar sized fish except as a treat...

THE FISH I HAVE NOW ARE A FEW ANGELS A TINFOIL BARB BALA SHARK AN SUM IRREDESENTS AN 2 LITTLE PARROT FISH SO DO U GUYS THINK IT WOULD GO GOOD WITH THE FISH I HAVE ALREADY??

I know someone who keeps a BGK in a 125 gallon with cories, tiger barbs, and silver dollars. just make sure the cories are the bigger ones like Aeneus or Paelateus (spelling). id say a school of silver dollars and gold Nugget pleco. good luck
