Nope you are right. She has them all around. Sometimes the fall off. I will post a pic of them later

that does not seem normal to me... is it normal?

At what age do they get it?

I have a pair of Pearls for 1.5yrs... I want to be mentally prepared and not freak out over it lol

I really dont know. It just grows on them. And when its open and falls of it looks like the picture. Hard like stone

Yeah its hard and garlic lookig with a sharp point

Ive never seen this one any of my rays. But then i only got one big pearl male. But if if you look closely it looks like one of the small spines on the tail one large rays. Esp pearls got those small spiny bumps on its tail.
