Giant Goramy free to good home, chicago

I have a nice giant goramy in my 125 that just seems too big for the tank, I feel bad because he can barely turn around or swim much. If someone has a very large tank in Chicago (or willing to transport it somehow to your location) that is willing to give him a home, I would be very grateful. How long have you had him? Didn't you know how big they got?

from what everyone else has told me, and what Ive seen on MFK, these fish can be kept in 125's. however, he just keeps growing and although he still swims around, looks pretty happy, and comes to me like a dog for food everyday, I still just feel bad having him in this size tank. I actually did purchase a 220 for him a while back but my parents said it was too big and they made me get rid of it.

again, if there is anyone in the chicagoland area that can give this big guy a nice home, I am more than willing to give him to you. Otherwise i can either keep in my 125 or give him to a local pet store where he'll just get sold to whoever wants to buy it and might not go to a good place.
