i have a 16" RTGG and a 9" pink..tankmates are in my sig..no problems at all with them.

seems all they are concerned about is food, lol

MightyO- Do you know if your GGs are male or female? Perhaps 2 females to get along so well???

Thanks. So did you vote no or yes? It sounds like they fight among themselves but leave others alone? In the past, my 2 I've had (at separate times) would either attack my pacu/aro or be attacked by my smaller oscar. As much as I wanted to keep them, I had to let them go.

I voted NO:popcorn:

RTGG is male, pink is getting a small nuchal hump..so..i'm going to say both male.

I wouldn't have thought 2 males would get along, hopefully it stays that way for you.

My ~14" GG used to be aggressive to tankmates (beat up my 2ft plus silver arowana), then he met a 22" Jardini. He thought he was tough 'till he got one snap from the jar.

I've experienced both.

The last batch I bought, the two RTGG's were cranky and aggressive. Picking on each other and my oscars, so I sold them.

I bought a pink GG and a juvie RTGG, the RTGG got pwned by my gold saum, and the pink was trying to kill everything else, so I sold the pink.

Those were all housed with several gold saums, polypterus, sevs, and a pair of oscars.

I decided to try one more time because I found a really nice RTGG for a great price I couldn't pass up, and this one has been suuper easy going. No aggression to any other fish, and the gold saum doesn't seem to mind sharing it's turf with it.

i saw a 30"er with like 15 x 8" red devils, all was fine. (only a 180)

I'm adding a rtgg to my community soon and would love to add a pink as well. My experience tells me that gg tend to be aggressive towards their tankmates but I want to give it another try. What has been your experience?

My RTGG have always been peaceful, almost timid. In your Community I think a RTGG will get along fine. A pink also has a good chance in your 750gal tank.
