Guys. Start that is with red dots only. But after a while looks like below. parasites? Only Gouramies have it visible

Looks like lernaea - anchor worms.

Thanks. How to treat?

First l would remove the adult lernaea with tweezers.
Second treat the water for the larvae with Emamectinbenzoat or any other medications that disturb the chitin synthesis of the larvae (they look like worms but technically they are crustaceans).
Third make sure the water is prestine to provide ideal conditions for the wounds to heal. You can also add some dried leaves to provide tannins.
