Giant Gourami

yeah they should get mellower as they get older. they're pretty rambunctious as youths, give them time. that's what i've been told.

if yous guys GG's get really out of control, i'll take one of them em

i've had mine for over 6 months in with my silvers. he's always had a lil agression but nothing major. he causes NO damage at all. a little chasing but nothing the aros cant get away from. and honestly, the giant gourami is the fastest moving fish in my tank and gets the most food. he grew from 2-3" to about 12-14" in about 6 months.

Mine till date is roaming around freely with the monsters in there. Kinda worry for him in there but so far I keep seeing him feasting on leftovers in there with a bloated stomach.:D
 
keep a close eye.. mine ripped my aros eyelid and scratched its scales.
The smaller one i got from rayman also fought with my aros. Like rallysman said, they can be mean sob's.

I will take note of it. That's why I'm getting a much smaller one to be kept with my RTG com.:)
