Here is my prize fish. I have several other tanks and breed N. tetracanthus, but this girl is my fav. She gets Hakari cichlid pellets twice a day small red ones for more protien and large green ones for more fiber.

Nice, doesn't look like a GG though.. You sure that isn't just a huge pink gourami?

I say this because I know there is a RTGG, GG?, and Albino GG.. never seen one with a white/pinkish look and her head shape is different..

smaller giant gouramis look like that. as they get bigger the facial structure changes to the huge underlip big forehead. awesome fish
 
cichqupote - they do change shape, and yes, that is a GG.

Nice one - I have two - a gray one and a gold one just like this one. Awesome!
 
It is a GG. I have been over to her house a couple of times and seen it and it is an awesome fish. Last time i saw it it was at an easy 8". lilith i will see you Thursday for the GAS meeting! Glad to see you are finally a true Monster Fish Keeper.
