Top fish looks female and bottom appears to be male with the pointed fins.
The aggression for me is dependent on the fish's personality. I had a RTGG that was fine and one day went postal on any fish with red in them. The 4 Oscars got a beating.

Every time i've tryed to put them togheter the male beat up the female
Is been a while since i last tryed to put them togheter
I'm scared to do so, because is almost as they behave in my presence but as soon my back the fight starts

Not a surprise to be honest. I had two females and they used to try to tear each other apart until they got beyond 14” mark and then suddenly when I moved them into a larger pond they became inseparable and best buddies.
