Giant Grouper (100% fresh water)

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
which one? the white spotted? I really think I white spotted would be epic in ur tank.

yes, gonna get a baby hopefully to give it best chance to work

I've never went salt to fresh but took my Monos from fresh to salt. Planned on over a week, lost 2 pretty early in, slowed down to over a few weeks and they seem to handle it fine. Unfortunately Mr. Nibblez ate them all.

IF I was going to do it I'd take at least a few weeks to be safe. I didn't see any signs that it wasn't going well, just dead fish.

dude ur the fastest buyer ever.

HAHA< Thats what happend when you have your LFS guy on speed dial...

Get me one too. It will go nicely in my datnoid tank

Don't get to excited, this has the possibility of being the quickest thread ever...

I have done fresh to salt myself with mono's, molies and scats and back within a day or too with no issues.. so we shall see but thank you for the info.

+1. If you could successfully prove that those little groupers can live in fresh water, that would be a MAJOR accomplishment for the hobby! I can picture dozens being sold in reaction to that revelation.
