Is this a Giant Mekong?

I know Giant Mekong catfish doesn't have barbels, but this little guy has some. Does baby giant mekong have whiskers and loses them when they grow big? It doesn't look like an ID shark nor an Emperor Shark, do you know what is it? :O

I just read it up on Wiki. If this is a true mekong, it is listed in appendix 1, banning from international trade. Althou I know where this fish is, but I don't have it in possession and I definitly don't want the cops banging on my door :)

AFAIK, no fish from the Pangasiidae famiy is wild caught anymore. They are all farm raised. Hence, one can forget about by-catches, mis-IDs, and getting "lucky". Not to mention that GMCs are paid much attention, taken great care of, are expensive, highly regulated in SE Asia and worldwide, and cannot be found "mixed in" with IDS - a common farmed food fish - or any other fish for that matter.
