Same here. Summer water temps might get to mid 60s but that is pushing it.

Here is a picture for all of you that are into True Monster Plecos!!! this is one of the biggest Acanthicus Hystrix I have ever seen a picture of. This guy is huge! Not nearly as big as that Pseudacanthicus Hystrix, but the largest Acanthicus Hystrix. But when you max size is over a foot that can have something to do with it.

i duno the guy is holding it out a lot. these are commonly seen monster plecos (see below), a couple of people on here have them i think. here is a nice moderately big pleco http://www.molluscan.com/fish/exploration3/acanthicus2.jpg

yeah, its still one of the biggest A. Hystrix I have seen. Those other two look like Pseudocanthicus Hystrix.
